What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at McDonald's?
As a Crew Person your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting customers with a smile- Taking accurate food orders
- Preparing all of McDonald’s world famous food
- Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
- Restaurant cleanliness
- Ensuring items are well stocked
- Other duties as assigned
A Crew Member works in the kitchen, the front of the restaurant and take orders for customers at the front counter and in the Drive-Thru.
