Job Description
The Gillis Organization owns and operates McDonald's Restaurant Franchises in Bergen, Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean, and Somerset County in New Jersey and Albany, Columbia, Rensselaer, and Schenectady County in New York.

Our salary range for a crew person in the organization is from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour. Your starting salary will vary based on years of experience and the volume of the location.
