Requirements:
The Planned Maintenance Person assists management in maintaining restaurant equipment and achieving outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
This is an Area Level role and requires transportation. The PM person will have to travel to 3 different stores.
The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning of multiple stores shake machines
- Cleaning roof condensers and other PM on the roof of multiple stores
- Cleaning and sanitizing ice machines of multiple stores
- Power washing of multiple stores
- Professionally clean store windows (outside only) for multiple stores
- Maintaining outside grounds of multiple stores
- Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris of multiple stores
The PM person will work Monday - Fridays 35 - 40 hours a week. The hours are subject to change at anytime due to the needs of the business. Starting pay will be $17-20 per hour. They will report to the Director of Operations and Head of Maintenance
