Role Overview: The People Experience Lead (PEL) is a subject matter expert who aids the organization in the execution of duties related to people best practices. This position carries out responsibilities of the "employee lifecycle" including, but not limited to attraction; hiring; onboarding; orientation; engagement; policy implementation (and legal compliance support); training and enthusiasm

This position ensures that people systems are optimized to support and enable business initiatives that drive operational excellence and business growth.


General Skill Requirements:

*Demonstrates an advanced aptitude for working with people.

*Possesses strong communication skills (written and verbal) that enable effective communication of complex or difficult issues.

*Demonstrates time-management and organization skills necessary to deliver excellent and timely work-product, and to manage various tasks simultaneously.

*Is able to effectively collaborate with McDonald's corporate partners, vendor partners, and organization staff,

*Is very comfortable with email and electronic communication

*Microsoft Word and Excel experience

Development and Certification:


*Completes a minimum of 16 hours of relevant PEL training per calendar year (virtually or in-person) to ensure ongoing training, learning and development.

*Is an active member of the Rocky Mountain Operators Association PEL Network and the McDonald's OPEN Network.

*Receives and reads all PEL communications, and is familiar with current PEL, OPEN and general people topics.


Benefits & Pay:

*DM3 Level Pay Scale - $22.00-$24.00

*DM3 Level Benefits, excluding the allowable 5 hours of overtime per week.

*30-40-hour work week

*Mileage reimbursement and phone stipend.
