- Leads each shift at a high level, by coaching crew and other managers to work together as a team to provide an outstanding guest experience.
- Role-models leadership behaviors at all times.
- Ensures high levels of quality, service, cleanliness, and accuracy when leading shifts
- Ensures 100% guest satisfaction, while also being results-oriented to take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Never stops learning by cultivating and encouraging training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant.
- An ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and in a friendly tone.
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
