Join Our Team as a Shift Manager at McDonald's

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts and ensure that the team is meeting McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure that the team is meeting targets.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition and prepare for the next shift.
• Manage inventory, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
• Provide training and coaching to crew members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
