Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Team Member assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Routine equipment maintenance, including daily filtering of oil fryers
• Maintaining outside grounds, including snow removal of walkways
• Cleaning of floors, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
Requirements:
As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. All you need is a willingness to learn and a great attitude! You must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Maintenance Team Member at McDonald’s.
