What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at MCDUCK PAINTING INC?
Must have vehicle, and valid driver's license. Experience is great-- but not as important as being a good listener. If you like to work hard, you'll be paid well. Pay starts @ $20/hr. If you have some talent, and keep a good pace-- raises will come fast. It's a team environment. And it will be quickly apparent what your skill level is. Some basic knowledge of the trade is nice-- but even those with experience should be willing to learn new things. Knowledge is shared on this team-- the goal is to have everyone perform well, and produce high quality finish. This is custom home painting. If you aren't in it to make clients happy, please move on-- it will be obvious.
Note: Please don't expect to smoke at project locations.
