McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for CMA/LPN/RN for its South Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: taking vitals signs and updating medication records, preparing patients for exams and/or procedures, preparing equipment and assisting physician/provider during treatment, examination, and testing of patients. May cover as primary as assigned.
Education
- Graduate from an accredited program for Medical Assistants (CMA)
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN)
Certification/License
- Certification or registration from an approved certifying organization for Medical Assistants (AAMA, ARMA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT & NHA)
- Possession of State Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
- Mandatory Reporting of Dependent Adult and Child Abuse.
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Experience
- Previous clinical nursing experience
- McFarland Clinic experience preferred
