Description
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for MLT for its Ames offices. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: performing laboratory tests classified under CLIA-88 as highly complex, moderately complex, or waived, in all sections of the laboratory under minimal supervision in accordance with McFarland Clinic's Employee Level vision related behaviors.
Education
- Associate degree in medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution and/or successful completion of a recognized course of study in Clinical Laboratory Technology.
Certification/License
- Certification, or eligibility for certification, as MLT (ASCP) or equivalent.
Days: Monday - Friday.
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, hours to be determined
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a hospital or clinic setting as an MLT.
