• Job Description
• As a procurement professional you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the necessary materials, equipment, and services are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively to support various landscaping projects.

• Desired characteristics, qualifications and requirements include:
• Continue to strengthen our current supplier relations.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers/vendors who can provide materials, equipment, and services needed for various projects.
• Develop procurement strategies and plans in collaboration with project managers and field staff to ensure materials are on hand in a timely fashion to meet construction and maintenance needs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers/vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services. Including: monitoring supplier performance, resolving issues or disputes, evaluating vendor performance, and contract negotiation (as needed).
• Monitor inventory levels of materials to ensure adequate stock levels for ongoing projects. Implement inventory management systems and procedures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure that procured materials meet quality standards and specifications required for each project.
• Prepare regular reports and analytics on procurement activities, such as spending analysis, vendor performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices, streamline workflows, and leverage technology solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall procurement performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
