Responsibilities
Civil Site/Water/Wastewater Project Engineers prepare and review plans, technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates related to a variety of civil site, land development and water/wastewater projects. They may also help develop the project scope and fee for services and assist the project team in communicating with the client and meeting contractual obligations to move a project forward. They may design and maintain ongoing progress of a project, including the coordination of the project with local, state, and federal officials, and other outside agencies and may supervise the work of technical support personnel assigned to the project.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 years of relevant experience in design of one or more of the following: civil site / land development / water / wastewater engineering projects.
- Virginia PE licensure or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.
- Virginia Experience Required
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
- Valid driver’s license.
