Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Car Accident Investigator with experience as a Car Insurance Adjuster to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating car accidents, interviewing witnesses, and gathering evidence to build strong cases for our clients. The Car Accident Investigator will also be responsible for communicating with insurance companies, negotiating settlements, and testifying in court when necessary. Responsibilities: * Investigate Car Accidents and Gather Evidence, such as Pictures of the Scene and Vehicle and Measurements of the Roadway * Interview Witnesses and Take Statements * Communicate with Insurance Companies * Research Value of the Property Damage and Negotiate Property Damage Settlements * Provide support to attorneys in Case Preparation * Maintain accurate and organized Case Files * Enter Data in case files including: Investigation Notes, Case Log, and Case Expenses Required Skills: * Certification in Insurance - Vehicle Insurance background - current or previous * Knowledge of Appraisal Process and Indiana Insurance Laws * At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Insurance Adjuster (Auto) * Experience with Car Accident Investigation * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases * Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Compensation: We are able to offer a part-time opportunity that may lead to full-time work.
