Responsibilities - Auto Quick Lane Service Advisor:
- Advise quick service lane customers on options and costs for basic maintenance such as oil and battery changes, tire rotations, wiper replacement, and more.
- Greet customers, answer questions, offer 'specials', follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion of work, review completed work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI score
Requirements - Auto Quick Lane Service Advisor:
- Good customer service, computer, sales, and communication skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license and insurance
