Kitchens To Go designs, sells and leases commercial kitchen facilities throughout the USA and, to date, 28 international locations. KTG’s client list includes businesses and organizations from Education to Hospitality, Corrections to Healthcare, and Military to Senior Living such as Starbucks, Yum Brands, United Airlines, Apple and all branches of the Armed Forces. This is an exciting opportunity to manage construction & deconstruction of commercial kitchen solutions in relocatable structures such as Mobile, Modular and Containerized buildings in the field.

 

Position Summary:

The Account Executive is an enthusiastic individual that has the freedom to act as a primary client contact in the qualification and development of client leads. In addition, as the AE you will be given independence to build relationships. You will be a member of a Regional Cross Functional Team, which is responsible for developing, creating and submitting client proposals as well as assisting in closing the sale for unique project solutions.  You are an integral part of our fast-paced proactive sales team that lives in an ever changing environment. You can attain both personal and company financial goals through our commission structure. You will be able to paint images and ideas through your communication style, and should be good at identifying responsibilities within the regional CFT, which includes a Sales Coordinator, Design & Engineering Captain and Operations Project Manager.

“What You’ll Do”

  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Develop client relationships
  • Create and develop unique solutions for foodservice facilities with the Regional CFT (Cross Functional Team)
  • Be an active participant with the Regional CFT team as opportunities develop through the sales process
  • Develop strong relationships with the client, client consultants and key suppliers
  • Work well with C suite executives of the client
  • Close orders for Leases and Sales
  • Delegate and communicate administrative work to the Sales Coordinator
  • Stay in communication with the Project Manager and Engineering Job Captain responsible for the execution of the project
  • Maintain the key client relationships throughout the project and beyond
  • Able and willing to travel through the north east territory as needed 
  • Effective use of software program such as Copper CRM, Quote Tool, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suites and general computer proficiency is required

“Must Haves”

  • Knowledge of Foodservice Equipment and workflow within Commercial Kitchens
  • Ability to understand floor plans and site plans  
  • Experience with financial analysis to understand project budgets, cost and pricing
  • Ability to be resourceful and handle multiple projects and associated deadlines 
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively & efficiently
  • Ability to work diligently to follow through from initial inquiry to project completion
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Ability to manage both client and company expectations with timely responsiveness 
  • Must have the initiative to define solutions and solve problems
  • Active understanding of and participation in supporting the company’s vision, mission, goals and values using the Alignment model, four pillars and Standards of Care. Ability to support these ideals during all interactions with co-workers, clients, vendors and community liaisons
  • Highly proficient use of computer and mobile devices
  • Ability to travel as needed up to approximately 25%
  • Education - Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years’ experience in a related field
  • Must have a Valid driver’s license
