We’re looking for a Content Project Manager to manage project budgets, establish project schedules, and act as primary project contact for both internal stakeholders, external vendors, and authors.
How can you make an impact?
The Content Project Manager is responsible for coordinating activities with other team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and that meet expected end user experience needs and content quality standards.
What you will be doing:
- Lead, communicate, and execute on core projects by managing the overall plan, budget, schedule, content creation, assembly, implementation, and final delivery.
- Manage global partners and resources to ensure successful completion of all assigned projects.
- Communicate and negotiate planning and product schedules with Program Manager, authors, and global partners.
- Collaborate with the program manager and product team to implement course and program goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams on integrating new products and updated standards into existing workflows.
- Serve as key process contact and coordinate all product tasks and turnarounds as needed on assigned projects.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-3 years of project management experience, including digital content production and establishing and maintaining third party relationships.
- Familiarity with entire publishing process, including multi-channel content delivery.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and tight deadlines while ensuring consistent progress on projects.
- Proficiency in publishing workflows and digital toolsets.
