Description

Southwest Florida Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated and innovative Secondary Technology Teacher who is passionate about Christian education and the Mission/Vision of the school. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to nurturing students' understanding and enthusiasm for technology, rooted in a Christian worldview. This individual is responsible for developing engaging curriculum and teaching courses that cover a range of technology subjects, including but not limited to computer science, information technology, and digital media.  A minimum of a bachelor's degree in education, Computer Science, or a related field is required, as well as the ability to obtain ACSI certification. Prior experience in secondary technology education or equivalent experience demonstrating proficiency in current technology tools and trends and programming languages is highly desirable. Applicant must be a born-again Christian who is highly motivated, articulate in verbal and written communication, organized, detail oriented and possess excellent relational skills.
