Building Services Coordinator

 Immediate opening for full-time building position at our Ellwood City campus.

 $16.00/hr.

Job Duties:

General cleaning and housekeeping duties.

Schedule, conduct, and supervise monthly fire drills in accordance to the 2380 regulations.

Knowledge of maintenance and making repairs independently.

Routine maintenance and cleaning of vehicles belonging to the LEAP program, including record keeping of maintenance and repairs

Snow and ice removal during the winter months ensuring that walkways and fire exits are clear for clients and staff.

 

Requirements (all provided by McGuire):

High School diploma/GED

Valid driver’s license
 Ability to pass physical and drug screening
 Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
 Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
 FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting)
 TB testing
 

Qualifications:

Ability to do heavy lifting

Basic electrical experience

Basic plumbing experience
