DIVISION: Nursing – Emergency Preparedness and Response
HOURS: 24 hours per week
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support to the Emergency Preparedness and Response (ER) program located in Woodstock, IL. This position requires multi-tasking, strong organizational and communication skills, and intermediate computer ability. Familiarity with Outlook, Word and Excel required. Team oriented environment.
JOB FUNCTION:
Responsibilities include:, inventory management, website updates, report preparation, data entry and phone work.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED.
