POSITION OVERVIEW
The SVP, People & Culture will, in collaboration with the US Senior Management (SEMA) Team and MCI’s Global People & Culture leadership, develop and implement strategic action plans delivering a winning end-to-end US talent experience. This member of the US SEMA Team and leader of the overall US People and Culture function, will be the chief architect of the strategies which help attract and retain the Talents who will shape the future of MCI USA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
• Establish trusted partner relationships with the US CEO, CSO, Business Unit Presidents, and Group Function leaders, and Global P&C team, based on knowledge of MCI USA’s business, strategy, plans and performance; and, Leverage talent strategies as a core component to create an aligned “One MCI”
Talent Acquisition & Ongoing Engagement
• Proactively support leaders across the organization to deliver upon their talent goals and needs. Drive execution of the defined talent acquisition strategy, to include creation of analytics to determine most effective means of recruitment investment.
Learning & Development
• Serve as an advisor and partner to the MCI Group L&D Team in the strategic alignment and U.S. relevance of MCI learning and development tools and programs.
• Oversee MCI Group-chosen learning management systems, administration and learning delivery to the workforce, in alignment with the MCI Group L&D structure.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
• Engineer DEI&B (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) into every part of the talent lifecycle.
• Serve as a key strategic and business partner to executive leadership team regarding diversity and inclusion-related issues, topics, programs, and trends.
• Oversee MCI USA Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to track participation, create a path to leadership and determine key metrics for success.
Performance Management and Analytics
• Direct an efficient, effective performance management process (Success Factors) that aligns with company values, culture, core competencies and business drivers.
• Drive development of an incentive system that helps to align overall organizational and business unit goals.
Leadership Development, Succession and Assessment
• Assess and lead an overarching leadership assessment and development process; build a methodology and ensure the plan is strategic and actionable across the platform.
Leader Culture and Engagement
• Partner with the CEO and SEMA Team to continuously measure adoption of corporate culture, drive engagement and improve individual and organizational performance.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ideally, 15 years of diversified HR leadership, Talent Experience and Performance Management experience
• A demonstrated history of progressive HR leadership with full-cycle talent acquisition and development, performance management, L&D and DE&I experience.
