Must-haves to apply for this job:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years experience working heavily with Relational Database Management Systems, queries, data analytics, and tools such as Power Bi and Cognos
- Proficient in Office 365
What this job is all about:
The Data Analyst - Operations is responsible for turning data into useable information in order to create action plans to improve the efficiency and productivity of all departments within our Operations area.
In this job, you’ll do things like:
- Develop and maintain KPI reports and dashboards that measure and communicate key trends in real time, highlighting opportunities for growth and operational improvements in Production and Supply Chain.
- Ensure reports and analyses provide actionable results that lead to improved efficiencies in Operations as well as data from primary and secondary sources are accurate and maintained.
- Develop and present weekly and monthly production reports, downtime-per-assets, and week-to-week asset health monitoring from MES (Manufacturing Execution System) data.
- Use Power BI to merge MES data with PLC data (Programmable Logic Controller) in order to gain better insights into assets speeds and downtime to drive actionable plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the Operations team to provide insights to help improve performance in their respective areas.
- Communicate complex findings to key stake holders in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible to changing business needs and priorities.

- Manufacturing or supply chain experience
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing data to create dashboards and KPI’s that to lead to continuous improvement
