You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced and friendly financial planning office

Among other things, you will be solely responsible for the following:

· Faithfully executing the company’s business plan. Achieving or exceeding the company’s planned objectives.

· Integrates all major operating functions of the business. Ensures everyone is rowing together in the same together.

· Resolves issues effectively. Seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manor.

· Ensures everyone is truly following and adhering to the company’s cores processes and operating system with consistency.

· Demonstrates an alignment with the company’s core values.

· Focus is on simplicity and clarity.

· Effectively collaborates with CEO and leadership team.

· Confirms that all key messages are consistently and accurately cascaded across the organization ensuring everyone is in the know. Verifies that high level of communication exists throughout the organization.

· Will run specific projects and departments within a specific budget.

· Hiring – write position descriptions, post open positions, review resumes, interview candidates, reference checks, complete on-boarding process for all company positions.

· Management – supervise the daily activities of client service and receptionists.

· Performance Evaluation – periodically evaluate the performance of client service and receptionists.

· Training – provide initial training and ongoing professional development for client service and receptionists.

· Meetings – Coordinate and run our weekly team and department meetings

· Termination and Disciplinary Actions – as appropriate handle the disciplinary actions, including personal improvement plans and termination of employees.

· Client Experience – improve our client experience to create a WOW experience.

· Project Management – lead the research, design, implementation of new systems and software.

· Reports – ensure the CEO has the reports and dashboards necessary to manage and run the business.

· Human Resources – initiate all new hire paperwork, keep copies of all new hire paperwork, handbook and employment contracts. Track all employee days off, sick days and approve or deny the requests.

· Monthly/Quarterly Check-Ins – meet with each employee quarterly to discuss their Scorecards, areas of coaching for improvement and praise for achieving their results.

· Attend or participate in on-going Self-Improvement.

· Some travel required – less than 10%

Your duties will include being the primary point of communication contact for the owner in helping him direct and understand the daily operations of the business. You will be the primary liaison (eyes and ears) of the business for the owner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,955.00 - $103,847.00 per year
