A good Accounts Payable Specialist must have an excellent understanding of accounting practices and reconcilliations. They must also be detail-oriented since they will review many financial documents.
Responsibilities:
- Match invoices with bills.
- Match invoices with bills; shipping information with purchase order information.
- Communicate efficiently with team members and other departments.
- Provide quality service to the client.
- Organize information in spreadsheets.
- Understand how information is filed, stored, and retrieved in the company's database.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers
- Perform data entry functions, inculduing invoices, expenses, and manual checks.
- Quickbook experience prefered
- Maintain proper filling and storage for records
- Process and reconciles expense/inventory invoices, from vendors in a timely manner
Pay will be based off of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
