Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the operation of computer equipment, verifying data, and performing time-sensitive clerical tasks in the data processing function.
- Examines, revises, approves, and dispatches input and output materials according to established specifications.
- Troubleshoots/resolves all hardware issues to maintain productivity levels (Thin-Client, RF, printer, etc).
- Monitors activity within the computer room utilizing an AS400 system.
- Reports the status of work in progress and problems encountered to warehouse management staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 years of computer operations support experience.
- Computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Education:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform lifting (weight varies based on product)
- Scheduled start times, workdays, and assigned work areas are subject to change based on business need and coverage.
Hours:
