Primary Role:
This role is responsible for multiple components of US Pharma’s Controlled Substance Monitoring Program (CSMP) in support of and focused on McKesson Medical Surgical (MMS)/Specialty accounts. This includes providing analytical support to customer due diligence processes in accordance with CSMP policies and procedures. This requires review and analysis of reports and data, conducting open source queries and licensure reviews, interaction and collaboration with internal MMS teams, Specialty teams and external partners, preparation of documentation of findings in written work-products and presentations. Requires direct reporting to a Regulatory Affairs Manager (RAM) and as required to a Director of Regulatory Affairs (DRA) and Sr. Director (SDRA) in the evaluation of analyses and findings from these activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide data/analytical support for standard CSMP due diligence processes to include onboardings, threshold change requests and other reviews of MMS/Specialty customers.
- Manage special projects, conduct data analyses and research in support of MMS/Specialty due diligence efforts, customer records verification and regular MMS management updates.
- Support the RAM/DRA/SDRA by conducting DEA registrant and business data/analytic reviews and identify/validate controlled substance trends and practice protocols.
- Prepare written reports to document reviews and analyses.
- Prepare Powerpoint decks to present data and information.
Additional General Responsibilities:
- Provide input and statistical analyses and, where required, presentations to internal departments.
- May require overnight travel.
Experience/Competencies/Critical Skills
- Multiple years (2 ) of relevant experience analyzing and leveraging data and analytics; interpreting data and information to make strategic, logic-based, thoughtful and meaningful recommendations.
- A results oriented attitude and energy; be an effective communicator; possess maturity to build and maintain relationships; the ability to work collegially in a team environment.
- A depth of understanding of medical practitioners, healthcare facility operations, controlled substances compliance and diversion programs.
- Specialized Knowledge/Skills – Experience with Tableau, SAP, Citrix and Salesforce; proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Possess data analytics skills and a familiarity with Federal and State governmental regulations pertaining to controlled substances compliance.
