The McKesson Business Process team is hiring Business Process Consultant – Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Jeffersonville, OH 43128.
Position Description
We are seeking a Business Process Consultant (Six Sigma Black Belt) to join the Six Sigma team working with McKesson distribution services and other functions in the North America Distribution Supply Chain. The Black Belt will need to work at all levels of the organization, and possibly with external customers and suppliers, to take challenging, ambiguous, or visionary concepts, turn them into well scoped projects and deliver successful process improvement results in a time efficient manner.
Additionally, the Business Process Consultant may provide consultative services to senior executives and business unit managers in analysis of business processes and value streams with an eye toward strategic project identification. Success in the role will require very strong proficiency in: Lean Six Sigma, written and verbal communication, project management, relationship building, ability to influence, data extraction and analysis, as well as business and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities
The Business Process Consultant will manage and drive process improvement within the North America Supply chain.
- Provide business partnership to our senior executives and business unit managers including financial reviews, business case development, and strategic project identification.
- Manage both tactical and strategic projects throughout various areas of the business to deliver incremental revenue, cost/expense reductions, working capital optimization, and improved customer satisfaction/experience.
- To be a change agent driving cultural change focused on the success of our business and its customers.
- Supports the identification and evaluation of the organization's risk areas to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Leads teams in conducting meetings, interviews, reviewing documents, developing and administering surveys, composing reports and project plans, completing Six Sigma projects, and coaching functional areas to meet Business Process and McKesson financial metrics.
- Monitors and communicates the results of process improvement projects/ initiatives to management and the Executive Leadership Team
- Develops and maintains productive customer, staff, and management relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
- Recruit and coach business partners in the Green Belt Program
Minimum Requirements
