Current Need:
Our Scottsdale location is looking for dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Our Customer Service Representatives interface with customers and company representatives to handle a variety of moderate scope customer service functions and provide a world class experience. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of being a fun, yet high-paced and professional work environment. We currently have the following shift available to add to our team:
$16.00 hourly to start
Monday through Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
Need to be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm if needed.
Position Description:
The Customer Service Representative position-
Handles inbound calls and order entry
Educates customers on products and services available
Works with a sense of urgency and organization to ensure correct order is placed in accordance with distribution center deadlines
Researches and processes credits to customers for stocked returns, damages, and other issues
Determines and documents customer credit (i.e., accurate reason, issue credit, organize logistics of returned product) and effectively communicates with customer and sales throughout process
Responds to basic customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and basic backorder reports in a timely and professional manner
Provides customer requested documents (i.e., invoices, POD’s) and samples
Manages customer and product data within the system
Takes on special projects as assigned
Key Relationships:
Communicates with cross-functional departments to coordinate customer service
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge
High School diploma or equivalent and minimum 2+ years customer service experience
General knowledge of customer service processes and procedures
Strong medical and pharmaceutical knowledge a plus
MS Office
COVID19 Safety Protocols
Skills:
1+ year experience using Customer Service technologies (i.e., JD Edwards, Cisco, case management, Supply Management, etc.)
Professional written and verbal communication
Energetic self-starter
Strong problem solving
Attention to detail
Abilities:
Flexibility to work various schedule depending on need – weekend shifts may be required
Effective interaction with customers, vendors, sales reps, and co-workers
Prioritization and Multi-tasking
Keyboarding at medium proficiency level – large percent of time performing computer-based work
