As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for building scalable, highly available systems using modern technologies.
Minimum Requirements / Criteria:
- 10 years of experience in software development, software architecture or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience in Java backend and Spring frameworks
- Expertise in designing scalable, highly available systems
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes
- Experience with message brokers like Kafka and streaming data processing platforms like Flink
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders with customer needs
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and requirements analysis with partners and customers to drive alignment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to design and implement new solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Design and implement complex software systems using modern technologies and tools
- Develop software architectures that are scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant
- Lead technical discussions and requirements analysis with partners and customers to drive alignment with customer needs
- Work with development teams to ensure high-quality software is delivered on time and on budget
- Define and document software architecture best practices and standards
- Perform code reviews to ensure that code is high-quality and meets the architecture and design standards
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to development teams
- Experience as a team lead or manager
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
- Experience with Gradle build tool
- Experience with High Availability (HA) systems and technologies
