The primary role is to support the inventory/purchasing side of onboarding new customers, researching usage files provided by new customers and analyzing needed inventory builds to bring on new customers. Analyst will also provide post implementation service level and analysis. Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, interfacing with account management teams -- up to and including McKesson SR Executive teams, field sales teams, buying / purchasing groups, Gx Ops teams, and DC Ops team. Analyst will also work directly with customers during onboarding process and will be the primary point of contact for Inventory/Service Level Analytics team
Responsibilities:
- Advanced Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis of Issues related to Account and SL Mgmt, mediate customer omit issues, and Forecasting Sales trends utilizing proprietary software (SCORE) resolving omit issues.
- Advanced reporting and analysis, primarily SAP Business Intelligence tools, based on interpretation of contractual agreements to include complex customer formularies, item coding and advanced variables.
- Primary Point of Contact for high volume / profile accounts with minimal Mgr support. Works on complex issues involving reporting, omit resolution and forecast trending. Responsible for management of customer, segment and internal inventory programs, processes and implementations.
- Leads / manages projects; assigning tasks, defining scope and taking full accountability for project. Ensures assigned deliverables are met with minimal guidance from management.
- Evaluates current processes for efficiencies, and as appropriate suggests, tests and implements improvements to save time, money or improve customer satisfaction.
- Provides guidance and training for team members & clients to assist others with skill development.
- Advanced, Standardized and Ad-hoc reporting and analysis accessing multiple data points. Build reports from 1-2 data sources including simple variables; run & manage output from complex reports using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Access; creation of graphs and charts; Power Point presentation creation and Basic Business Object query development..
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Business Experience – 2 years related professional experience.
- Experience in demand management and customer communication is preferred.

Our Base Pay Range for this position
