Manages dispatcher and oversees scheduling of delivery and installation crews
Assists in hiring, compliance and HR issues for production team. Performs performance reviews, development plans, coaching, and teambuilding for production team. Ensures company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Assess, evaluate and develop production team and individual performance
Develops best practices and standard tools to improve operational efficiency
Promotes and enforces safety, cooperation and communication with co-workers
Responsible for learning and introducing all relevant industry conveyance code and building codes
Responsible for planning, developing, monitoring and managing budget in production teams
Manages weekly production goal meetings with leads to set weekly goals with leads for production
Coaches and assists leads in problem solving
Must be able to develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-focused relationships with co-workers, customers, suppliers and others within the project scope
Coordinates project equipment rentals
Measure, analyze and communicate progress toward team and individual goals
Assist project management team with project budget creation and tracking throughout jobs
Oversee additional training and professional development programs
Conduct site visits to ensure consistency, quality and safety of jobs. Additionally to take Hi-Res photos for use for Marketing Department
Responsible to review installation capability according to sales forecast
Manage issues and concerns relating to the field office operations
Monitor and manage field expenses
Manages physical equipment, tools, vehicles and others assets for production team
Additional administrative duties as assigned
