Key Skills: Programming and analysis, Strong RPG, COBOL is a plus.

Shadow current business analysts to learn the old ERP system that will be replaced by SAP ECC.
Work as a liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements.
Convert business requirements to solutions and provide specialist technical expertise.
Consult, review, and analyze business information to determine the solution efficiently.
Must understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Identify business process strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvements across a broad spectrum.
