The Opportunity with McKinstry
We are adding a Senior Product Manager to our growing Business Technology division. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include:
- Product Management Leadership
- Takes the lead and owns a major, large-scale initiative.
- Manage product life cycle (including modifications, upgrades and maintenance) through end of life.
- Lead coordination and documentation of project activities including product introduction meetings, design review meetings, and user acceptance testing.
- Partner with IT, consultants, and software vendors to specify, deliver, and maintain solutions and integrations.
- People Leadership
- Trains, mentors and manages assigned staff.
- Creates performance plans, assess performance, and provide performance feedback.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
- Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on Salesforce products.
- Salesforce certification is highly desirable.
- 6-10 years in Product Management or A/E/C industry technology solutions required.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies a plus.

The pay range for this position is $99,270- $169,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
