MCL – Full-Time Facilities Manager - Commercial Equipment


If Quality of Life is something that you have been searching for, your search is over! Our restaurants are open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. You will have no overnight calls to worry about! Our Service Technicians work a five-day workweek and have six paid holidays on top of your earned vacations.


MCL Restaurant & Bakery is a family-run business founded in 1950 serving customers in Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. Technicians will be provided with a company truck and a cell phone.


Facilities Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years commercial HVAC/ Refrigeration repair experience
  • Universal CFC/EPA Certification
  • CEFSA certification is a plus
  • Must be able to read equipment schematics
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Experience in repairing restaurant or kitchen equipment a plus

Facilities Manager Responsibilities:

  • Follow up/perform scheduled preventive maintenance, overhauls, and troubleshooting all types of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Make sure that all work tasks are done in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company safety standards.
  • Ability to explain opportunities for aging, inefficient equipment for replacement
