McLaughlin Research Corporation is looking for a Proposal/Social Media Analyst to assist with proposal development efforts and implement the company’s social media strategies.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Develop templates for proposal volumes.
- Analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and assist with reviewing volumes for compliance.
- Draft and post questions related to RFPs.
- Update and maintain the proposal development calendar, playbook, and status tracking.
- Assist with coordinating proposal reviews and compiling review comments for adjudication.
- Format, copy edit, proofread, and develop acronym lists for proposal volumes.
- Organize and maintain the company’s proposal reference library.
- Update and maintain the company’s internal reference library.
- Create and share engaging content to post on MRC’s internal and external websites and social media page.
Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Undergraduate degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED with 2 to 3 years of related experience.
