We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our HOLE team. This position will provide administrative support for the Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to monitor the status of orders, generate reports, and follow-up on requests. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
This position is based at our corporate office which is centrally located at Rocky Point, overlooking the beautiful waters of Tampa Bay.

Responsibilities
- Provide tactical administrative support for routine procurement issues (i.e., invoice issues, receipt discrepancies, expediting orders, etc.).
- Assist in scheduling trucks with carriers
- Process freight claims, billing and routing
- Provide system and status updates to internal department on shipments and supply orders
- Monitor back orders and complete requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain, review, and update reports or spreadsheets
- Research discrepancies and work with suppliers, sales, operations, or accounting for resolution.
- 3 years of experience in a fast paced support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; intermediate to advanced experience in MS Excel.
- Experience with an ERP or inventory system a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is vital.
- Able to professionally interact with internal department, customers, and suppliers.
- Willingness to research, learn, and be an effective part of a fast paced team.
- Prioritization, multi-tasking and a sense of urgency are essential.
