Leasing Consultant

Apartment community seeks motivated, energetic Administrative Assistant/Leasing Consultant! Must be a team player, uphold the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and good work ethic.

Tasks

Daily data entry and email correspondence related to insurance, lease contracts, work orders, and billing statements.

Hear and resolve concerns from prospects and residents

Collect information about other apartment communities to compile market data

Maintain social media advertisements in coordination with apartment availability

Enthusiastically discuss various features of the community to prospects

Knowledge

Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures.

Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of frequently used computer software such as Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

Skills and Abilities

Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes assessing prospect and resident needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Active Listening — Giving full attention to what residents and prospects are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.

Critical Thinking and Problem Solving — Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems related to prospect and resident concerns.

Multitasking and Adaptability — performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork while being able to balance communication with prospects, residents, and staff as necessary in a busy work environment.

• Leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
