Job Description

This individual will use current marketing tools and strategies to lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This person is charged with developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Maintain our website, create landing pages, and optimize user experience
  • Create blog posts
  • Manage all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Oversee all digital marketing projects from start to finish
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business or related field
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, SharpSpring, or a similar CRM
