Customer Service Representative Summary
McQuillan Home Services is growing, and we are looking for a talented individual who can provide the best customer support on the weekend for our customers and dispatch our technicians. We are looking for an individual who enjoys multi-tasking and can work as team and independently. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and be able to guide them through our process and help connect them to a team of exceptional technicians to solve their issue(s). We hope you will carry on our tradition of serving our neighbors and community at the highest level.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
· Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries for the business
· Update and manage a call board to ensure the right service members assigned to the right jobs to maximize job opportunities
· Outbound to help fill the Board
· Dispatch and manage the whereabouts of multiple trucks and technicians in the field( as needed)
· Schedule service appointments.
· Call customers to remind them of upcoming service visits
· Ability to work with senior management to drive the business by maximizing our marketing dollars and booking the calls and inquiries

· Participate actively in all training and team meetings
· Give 110% to McQuillan
KNOW YOUR STUFF
· Strong understanding of Service Titan – will train if necessary
· Good understanding of Microsoft suite
· Can learn industry – HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.
· Knowledge about company’s mission, core values and policies
· Ability to learn new platforms.
· Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
·Perform other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Service Titan experience a plus!
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven customer service experience or experience as a client service representative.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Proven ability to be flexible and adaptive to change.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
