In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Director of Eye Care Operations.
Work Location Bradenton, Florida.
As part of this role, you will:
- Develops and implements strategic plans for eye care services in alignment with organizational objectives
- Identifies growth opportunities and areas for improvement in eye care delivery
- Analyzes market trends, patient demographics, and competitor strategies to inform strategic decision-making
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of ophthalmology and optometry departments
- Manages budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of eye care services
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, quality assurance protocols, and patient safety guidelines
- Implements efficient workflows and processes to optimize patient flow and enhance operational efficiency with a culture of excellence
