The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc.'s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Responsible for providing trusted analysis and facilitation of the customer's continuity planning and exercises, assessing their alignment to organizational strategy, goals, and objectives, now and into the future, and to identify capability gaps and needed adjustments. Activities may include but are not limited to:
- Provide support in the translation of continuity and exercise requirements into IT service needs and requirements, designs, and orders.
- Support the implementation, sustainment, and improvement of processes to facilitate responsibilities.
- Conducting organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly
- NRO or IC mission experience
- BS or MS with 8 years of demonstrated performance related to tasks above
- Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
- Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues & strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge in DoD Joint Publication 5-0 doctrine and experience implementing joint exercises
- Experience providing Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) support to NRO continuity planning and exercise activities
- Experience supporting multi-agency IT initiatives with responsibilities in strategic planning, architecting, policy, governance, or portfolio management
