SPA's Sea Land Air (SLA) Division supports a diverse portfolio of national security government clients, including the Undersea Enterprise, the Navy Surface Community, the Navy MPTE Enterprise, the Air Force, Army, DoD Agencies, DARPA, international clients including the Canadian Navy and Australian Defence Force. Our primary objective is to provide timely, objective and analytic assessments that integrate the policy, operational, technical, programmatic and acquisition aspects of our clients' challenges.
Leveraging both in-domain and cross-domain expertise to maximize our clients' success, SLA Division acts as trusted agents to senior decision-makers and key leaders and excels at providing data driven analytic insights, systems engineering, strategies and plans that address current and emerging challenges to national security.
The Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) focus is to provide engineering, technical and programmatic support to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors and Lasers (PEO IWS 2.0) Directorate. Efforts include overarching program management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, operations analysis, systems integration, international, cyber security, IT network and programmatic support for over 25 PEO IWS 2.0 advanced radar, phased array radar, electronic warfare, electro-optic, advanced off-board electronic warfare/decoy and directed energy programs. #MC
You will serve as a part-time, highly qualified adviser providing direct support to the Navy's Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems. You will be empowered to lead and act on behalf of program or functional leads ensuring the appropriate integrated logistics support processes and discipline is applied. You will join a high performing Government and contractor team regularly working with stakeholders from industry, the PEO, Warfare Centers, Navy Labs and University Affiliated Research Centers on complex issues facing the portfolio. You can expect to work on high priority and important documents and tasks and help solve PEO IWS' most challenging problems.
Remote work is allowed in this position and travel is not expected.
