We are looking for an Billing Account Coordinator to help manage work orders, including scheduling, updating, Billing/invoicing. The coordinator will also help create and maintain an efficient office, with a focus on organizational effectiveness and excellent communication with customers and employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate residential construction work orders: follow-up, change orders, detailed notes, and billing.
- Pull reports from Client Portals for Denied invoices.
- Reach out to Service Centers with a report of denied invoices and follow up until resolution.
- Conduct cadenced touch bases with clients to review outstanding items, performance, and areas of improvement, including denied invoices and timely submission of invoices.
- Ensure all billings for work orders are invoiced and billed as required
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable reports, executing audits and escalating issues as needed.

- Ability to analyze and interpret various business documents pertaining to construction management
- Strong working knowledge Microsoft applications
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Billing and invoicing experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work
- Must thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment while working as a team or independently
- Strong interpersonal skills; great team player
Education and Experience:
Experience Preferred:
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Administration, Billing/Invoicing, Supply Chain Management, or Construction Engineering preferred
