IT ADMINISTRATOR (CORP)

JOB SUMMARY: Act as IT Administrator for the corporation. This position is responsible for implementing and managing security solutions and serves as the technical resource for various IT security projects intended to continually improve the security infrastructure and operating procedures. This position will plan, coordinate, architect, and supervise all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions as required to meet the business requirements of the organization. This position will develop and maintain an application integration architecture blueprint for the organization and oversee testing of the interoperability of application modules. In addition, this position will be responsible for fielding end user IT trouble tickets involving software and hardware issues.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Provide IT infrastructure support such as: install and maintain workstations, design/test backup processes, manage website, etc.
• Perform SharePoint site maintenance, migration, and custom workflows for process automation
• Perform system integration with external sources. Creates custom reports, templates, and SQL reports. Customizes SQL for accurate data aggregation.
• Develop strategies for workflow, rules, and orchestration.
• Develop strategies for integration management and governance.
• Provide Office 365 administration support
• Maintain and updates website(s)
• Possess a working knowledge of NIST and/or CMMC compliance regulations and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining NIST-SP 800-171 CUI and DoD CMMC compliance
• Maintain IT documentation to remain compliant with company certifications (e.g., ISO, CMMI, CMMC, and NIST)
• Provide technical leadership regarding integration impact across business, information, application, technical and security architectures.
• Ensure reference architectures, technology stacks, standards and processes meet security and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current on technologies, technology trends and directions, and best practices. Evaluates potential technologies for use within the enterprise.
• Advance the Enterprise Architecture practice.
• Perform support administrator duties to resolve hardware and software IT-related issues.
• Provide help desk functions for Tier I and Tier II IT-related issues.
• Maintain trouble ticket system and track results.
• Experience with installation and troubleshooting of Windows PCs, network printers, and various other IT specific tasks.
• Demonstrate expertise to install, configure, and maintain systems as well as analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, and network anomalies.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Provide technical leadership regarding integration impact across business, information, application, technical and security architectures.
• Experience in creating SharePoint sites, power apps, and power automate.
• Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.
• Experience creating system development life cycle (SDLC) principles, processes, and practices.
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft Azure

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 5 years' experience in IT project management, technical support, cyber security, or a related position.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering or a related field preferred.

Salary : $73,700 - $93,300
