Our corporate office is located north of the Atlanta Ga area.
Our software support representatives have great communication skills and are focused on proactively assisting our clients. Their typical day involves speaking with clients on the phone regarding our medical software. Calls can involve answering general questions and/or remotely accessing the client’s system to provide technical support.
Our software is written in C# and uses Microsoft SQL Server. Candidates must have strong skills in the following areas in order to be considered for the position:
Qualifications:
· Experience with Microsoft Server 2019/2016/2012 and Windows 10 / 8 / 7
· Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. Ability to write SQL statements is a plus, database backup/restore
· Understanding of Windows networking and Remote Desktop
· Desktop support and installation of network printers and scanners
· 2-3 years experience in IT software help desk / support position
· Network certification is recommended but not required if candidate has related experience
· Problem solving skills and the ability to complete work independently
· Must have strong written and verbal English skills. Ability to speak effectively with non-technical end-users as well as IT professionals
· Must be comfortable with extensive on-phone client support
· Ability to follow up until support requests have been resolved is a must
· Working knowledge of MIPS and HL7 is a plus
Responsibilities Include:
· First line for incoming client support requests
· Perform custom system changes
· Installation of MD Logic software updated for existing and new clients
· Test new versions of MD Logic software prior to release
· Troubleshoot printing, network, and user issues
· Accurately document client support requests in CRM
· Work with training and development teams to deliver first class support

Position Days/Hours:
