The Blow Mold Machine Operator supports production needs by setting up, adjusting and operating bottle handling equipment, labelers and video jets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintains clean work area and equipment
- Checks bottles for proper code and label when a change-over takes place
- Monitors the Alpine: clears jams and reroutes jugs as needed
- Maintains jug supply and storage communications with superior regarding bottle trailer needs.
- Keeps machines running to the bagging machine
- Operates bagging machine when production is down
- Communicates with lead person or supervisor when issues arise
- Assist Maintenance when equipment is down
- Follow all Safety Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Fills out proper documentation required by management
- Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to ready a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between a series of numbers. Ability to speak simple sentences.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to resolve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
