PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

 

Do you have a positive attitude?  Are you detail-oriented?  Are you extremely organized? 

We are seeking a full-time Production Coordinator to join our team! You will perform general administrative functions with a focus on scheduling and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert contracts to work orders
  • Schedule upcoming jobs
  • Customer service phone calls & emails
  • Utilize basic softwares
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Work as a team with staff

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration and scheduling
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on your current task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Gmail Suite
  • Positive Attitude!
  • Must be excellent on the phone communicating loud and clear in a friendly, professional manner
  • Bilingual English & Spanish

Hours & Compensation

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Branford Office)

  • Vested Healthcare Bonus
  • Vested 401k MassMutual
  • Vested Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • $25 per hour
