    • Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm M-F; NO CALL
    • Coverage Type: 100% Outpatient

    • Presence of Other Neurologists: Yes
    • Group Composition: 11 physicians, 10 APP's
    • Onsite Labs: Yes
    • Ancillary Staff: 1 RN, 4 LPN, 1 MA
    • Office Equipment: EMG, Doppler
    • EMR: Epic
MANDATED Job Requirements:
  • Board Certified: REQUIRED
  • Active VA License: HIGHLY Preferred, must be obtained by the time of credentialing
  • BLS/ACLS Certified: REQUIRED
  • Full-Time Availability Starting 8/1/2024: REQUIRED
  • Flu Vaccine: REQUIRED at the time of credentialing
  • COVID Vaccine: Highly preferred
