  • Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): N/A
  • Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult
  • Documentation System/EMR: Aria
  • Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License: Yes
  • Board Requirements: BC preferred
  • Certification Requirement (BLS): Required
  • Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, SBRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy-SBRT
  • Required Duties: Orders Tests, Prescribes, Orders Images
  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
  • Credentialing Costs: Arnot does not pay for credentialing costs for application fees
Submission Requirements

  • Board Certified - Required
  • Active NY license - Required
  • Provider within driving distance - Highly preferred
  • BLS, ACLS - Required
  • COVID-19 Vaccinated - Required
  • Must be able to cover all listed shifts - Required
  • Completed at least 1 successful assignment through presenting agency - Preferred (Client will accept 1 reference they can contact at the time of presentation)
