Working as part of a dispersed team, you will apply your exceptional organizational skills to gather, schedule, formulate and deliver compliant and compelling solicitation responses focused on Acquisition/Financial/Programmatic requirements in the Defense/Aerospace sector of the Federal Government.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with the Federal procurement processes, standard solicitation instructions, and proposal development methods. The candidate should be meticulous at fact-checking and a perfectionist when it comes to language, word choice, and style. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and assembling cohesive narratives including technical, contractual, and pricing content, and ensuring timely submission of accurate, high-quality proposals. • Create and maintain a library of proposal material
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Provide day-to-day supervision of the proposal process as the team plans and builds high quality, winning responses to requests for proposals and Government solicitations
  • Maintain the proposal schedule, configuration control of proposal files, planning/control documents, and baseline outlines in accordance with the RFP and the proposal review process
  • Lead the review of proposal artifacts for compliance and responsiveness against solicitation requirements
  • Identify and proactively help resolve major writing and production problems.
  • Facilitate desktop publishing, graphics, editing and reproduction activities through the proposal life-cycle
  • Support, and potentially lead, color reviews with management and internal subject matter experts, to include setting up reviews, sending review invites/notices, preparing review materials, and merging review comments
  • Assist partners and team members by managing development of high-quality products
