As a Sales Operations Manager you will be supporting the Office Director, Managers and Account Executives of one of our office locations firsthand with managing accounts to ensure our clients are deriving maximum value from their partnership with us. You will sit onsite at our offices located in downtown Greenwich, CT.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze and manage approaches used by the sales Sponsor team to manage clients with a professional cadence from contract agreement through post summit follow-up
- Manage calendar to schedule all Sponsor Client preparation
- Scheduling all prep calls and post summit calls
- Support with Accounts Receivable tasks.
- Scheduling calls with the clients and Account Manager.
- Tracking all information covered on calls with the client and storing centrally.
- Assist in handling customer requests.
- Manage the Master Excel file of all office events with clients and status
- Sending out all timeline emails/scheduler password release notifications/reminders, etc. for account managers to effectively service clients
